Match Report
Radley College Boys-U14B vs  Sherborne School
On: Saturday, 18 Sep 2021
Venue: Away

After a long coach journey, and warm conditions the M2s quickly got changed and onto the pitch. After some last minute changes to the starting line up we warmed up. Some strong carries from both teams, with Radley looking dominant, saw the ball mostly in the Sherborne half. At half time it was close, at 1 try to nil, scored by Francis Crean. A solid team talk from the coaches saw the Radley boys wake up a little. Still dominant with a few mistakes we took the advantage. Opportunities taken by Will Dunlop, Archie Read, and George Weston saw the Radley boys triumphant at 4 tries to nil. A great attitude throughout the game, alongside a solid tunnel for the opposition to walk through. A great start to the season; a solid win with plenty to work on. Next week’s focus will be more solid rucking, further development of tackle technique, and maintaining the depth of our attacking line as we move towards the next fixture, post Exeat weekend.
