Match Report
Radley College Boys-U15B vs  St Edward's School, Oxford
On: Tuesday, 24 Sep 2019
Venue: at Home

Radley stormed out of the blocks to a 19-0 lead following tries from Wiggin, Van de Grift and Ekins. Teddies responded with some hard running from the backs before Radley earned a penalty try to take it to 26-7 after 15 minutes. The second quarter was a real tussle between the two teams but Radley stretched its lead to 31-7 thanks to a Carr try. However, despite another Radley try by Ekins in the second half, Teddies played with spirit and determination and the game ended 36-26 to Radley. Definitely a game of two halves. The Radley boys need to work on getting lower in the tackle against big runners. They also let their concentration slip from the 31-7 lead. A good win and an entertaining game though.
