That was an end to end game. A goal, scored by Mac, in the 3rd minute put us in a good position. Shortly into the first half Harrow got one back. Throughout the game both teams had promising attacks and were thwarted by the opposition offence. Harrow probably had more shots near the target, whilst we had more shots overall. Our passing definitely improved in the second half, and we definitely put more pressure on Harrow in the second half, but with both teams getting one goal. This left it even going into the dying stages of the game. A Harrow cross into the box, combined with sub-optimal marking gave the Harrow forwards the chance to put the game to bed. Which was frustrating to say the least! Positives to take away are that we contested for the ball better, and communication was also improved. However, these two aspects will still be worked upon. Also, a bit more attack versus defence and close control and passing needed.
