The players will be disappointed they did not get more from the game - they played well, retaining lots of possession and in the second half creating some great chances. Sadly for them, the visitors put away three chances and the home team could not. Excellent close control from Eddie S and determined work from captain Geoff L, ably supported by the ever reliable Tom D who was man of the match. Some important contributions from Matteo and some skilful work up from Alex G nearly resulted in goals but sadly shots went wide or over the bar. We move on to St Edwards next Thursday.
