For many of the team's last home rugby match at Radley, there was eager anticipation for this fixture against Teddies. Unfortunately with an opposition of 11 players, hopes for a traditional contest were diminished, however the boys rallied to put on a good show for their team mates, friends and the noble parents who attended. The contest was one sided, however the boys enjoyed the run out thoroughly. Notable points would be Sammy JB passing to Freddie Crole, missing and retrieving the ball , ultimately passing to himself. Hector Wade running around the whole opposition, multiple times. and finally Avery realising an unlikely boyhood dream of playing Wing, probably never to be repeated, but cementing his selection with a solo effort from inside his own half, passing many tacklers and touching down with aplomb. Well played 5ths.
